Ihre Aufgaben
The Key Account Manager is employed to develop the business with Switching solutions for
Industrial & related Energy-Application according to the employer's development plan.
His main task is to focus on increasing the turnover, market share and profit of the employer's
products in the DACH & Central EUROPE area with our complete Product Portfolio (relays,
contactors, new category products (low voltage devices, Capacitors, Vacuum Interrupters,
Current transformers, modules, and others.)
  • Establishing and maintaining major account relationships especially within leading OEM and
  • EMS/Tier’s in DACH+Central EUROPE (the specific customer base is defined by the Sales
  • Manager) and other countries if necessary.
  • Maintenance and further development of a sustainable customer relationship of acquired new customers in DACH+Central Europe and other countries if necessary
  • The aim is to identify projects at an early stage in order to be the first player/innovator to win the project and generate significant revenue.
  • Identifying key areas of influence within the defined accounts, identifying decision makers and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages presented by Hongfa’s product line
  • Together with the Sales Manager, put forward a comprehensive account strategy in order to reach and exceed the sales target
  • Leading and driving the follow-up and closing of major deals through business development
  • Internal & External Project management within HF Group in order to achieve the requested success
  • Continuously analyzing the market with regards to opportunities and projects
  • Presenting the Hongfa’s value proposition to the customer
  • Permanently maintaining CRM and in SAP the relevant Sales input e.g. monthly FC-update, etc.
  • Forecasting and Business/Budget-Planning (in SAP)
  • Reporting on Sales results
  • Traveling on a regular basis to the customers, fairs, factory and other necessary meetings
  • On-going promotion activities
Ihr Profil
  • Strong technical skills achieved through a bachelor degree in engineering or similar technical
  • background
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • International experience
  • Intercultural, Presentation and Management skills
  • Ability to manage the complex selling process, consisting of engagement at all levels, from engineering & technical teams

Die Hongfa Europe GmbH wurde 2003 als europäisches Vertriebszentrum der chinesischen Gruppe Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Co. gegründet. Von unserem Hauptsitz in Maintal (bei Frankfurt am Main) aus liefern wir elektromechanische Relais an unsere europäischen Kunden, die hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Haushaltsgeräte, Maschinenbau, Smart Metering und Automotive tätig sind. 

Wir sind Hongfas Vertriebs- und Servicezentrum für den europäischen Markt, dessen Funktionen Marktentwicklung, Kundendienst, technische Unterstützung und Logistik umfassen. Wir verfügen über eine Vielzahl von Vertriebs- und Anwendungsingenieuren, die sich mit den Relais und dem Markt bestens auskennen. Außerdem verfügen wir über ein großes lokales Vertriebsnetz, das über zwanzig Länder und Regionen in Europa abdeckt.

Wir planen, die Räumlichkeiten unseres europäischen Vertriebs- und Servicezentrums auf über 5000 ㎡ zu erweitern, um unsere F&E- und Testkapazitäten auf dem europäischen Markt weiter auszubauen. Damit werden wir schrittweise unser langfristiges Entwicklungsziel auf dem europäischen Markt in den Bereichen Automobil, Elektrizität, Elektronik, Messgeräte und industrielle Steuerung verwirklichen.
