Deine Aufgaben

Coordination with the customer about the technical requirements for a product
Clarification of technical feasibility based on specifications, electronic circuits, drawings and standards
Presentation of Hongfa products and selection of suitable device for the customer
Close cooperation and communication with R&D department in China
Review and creation of technical documentation
Presentation of the release documents to the customer
Project management for extensive projects from the first customer contact to series introduction and beyond
nitiation of product changes for the continuous improvement of our products or based on of the customer's requirements.
Technical clarification of complaints
Travel activities to the Hongfa factories in China European customers and European Sales Office
Cooperation in international project teams

Dein Profil

Completed studies in electrical engineering, switchgear technology, or mechatronics or comparable training incl. continued professional training
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and French (business fluent)
Other languages / Chinese language skills very welcome
